SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

We offer FREE standard delivery for all New Zealand orders over $100 delivered to a single address. For orders where products total less than $100 the delivery cost is $8.95.

Your order will be delivered quickly to you as all "in stock" items on our website are held in our warehouse, ready for immediate dispatch. Our delivery target for purchases made before 1pm weekdays is 2 to 3 working days (Monday to Friday). 

Parcels are delivered Monday to Friday.

New Zealand orders are tracked and delivered by CourierIT. We use their non-signature required service so your order will be left at your door or in your letterbox if you are not home to receive it. If there isn’t a safe place the courier will leave a calling card with details of how to collect your order.

 

 

Signature Required - $2 per shipment

If you don't want the courier to leave your parcel unattended please select the signature required option. This is especially recommended at Christmas time when parcel theft is at peak, or for high-value orders.

If a non-signature service is selected instead, neither CourierIT, nor The Happy Hour are liable for parcels and gifts that are stolen, damaged or lost after an order has been delivered to the correct address.

 

Rural Delivery 

We deliver to rural addresses at no extra charge. Please note that these orders may take 1 to 3 days longer to arrive.

International Shipping

Sorry, at this stage we are only able to send to New Zealand addresses, we do not send our products outside of New Zealand.

Return & Exchange Policy

We hope you enjoy your purchase from our luxury gift shop, but we understand

at times selecting just the right gift can be tricky. We want to take the worry out of gift-giving with by offering  a 30 day gift guarantee.

 

New Zealand Orders

Our returns process is simple and hassle free. Just call or email us and let us know whether you would like to exchange the gift or receive a refund for the item’s value within 90 days of receiving the gift.

We will cover the cost of sending an exchange to you and ask that you cover the cost of returning the item back to us.

Please note items must be in their original packaging and in excellent sellable condition to qualify for our 30 day gift guarantee offer.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If for any reason you would like to change or cancel your order, you can do this up until the order has been dispatched.

If your order has already been dispatched, then please refer to our returns and exchanges process.
